For my Bachelor in Painting I realized a thesis in Art History, Abito&Artista - Casamorbida&Altro, in particular with an emphasis on the power of a dress within the artist’s life. The cut of the scissors is like the click of a camera, that’s why in this booklet we can see many “shots” that reveal a new point of view on the landscape of the art history and its artists personality. The artist and their visions from the eloquence of fabric, material, shape, accessories, amulets… The felt hat of Joseph Beuys, Thayath and his Tuta, one day black/white suit from Remo Salvadori, Gilbert&George wearing gray suit as an uniform, Balla and its “abito antineutrale”, the puffy body suits with magnets embedded in the fabric from Marina Abramovic…
